Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to work with our top client brands to understand their needs, support them on the OS platform, design marketing campaign strategies, and facilitate deals with athletes.

Who you are:

- Organized, proactive, and internally motivated with strong prioritization skill

- Lover and knowledgeable of all things marketing, influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, and sports! (or a strong desire to learn more!)

- A natural sales and number-driven individual, resilient and determined in the face of rejection or negotiation - to help our brands find the best athlete fits

What you’ll do:

- Manage and grow the relationship of around 10 brands to maximize revenue and renewal

- Negotiate renewal and increased spend with existing clients and contribute to a larger revenue goal 

- Present campaign ideation via a consultative sales approach, understanding the needs and requirements of clients

- Assist in the creation of a proposal for clients and deals for athletes - conducting research, providing ideation, drafting proposals 

- Oversee the execution of athlete campaigns 

- Support and create post-campaign reporting 


Your qualifications:

- 2 - 3 years of customer / client-facing work experience ideally account management in the advertising or marketing industry 

- Experience executing deals with athletes and/or influencers - ability to negotiate

- Influencer platform or marketing experience *Preferred but not required*

- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field 

- Proven success in a sales environment / comfortable with having a monthly quota 

- Proven success managing accounts in the marketing industry 

- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)

- Experience with and proven understanding of social media and digital marketing 

Base Salary Range: $65,000 + Commission = $90,000 - 95,000 OTE
